Ministry of Environment Korea _ "Before it becomes"
To mark World Water Day, the Ministry of Environment in Korea organized a competition to promote water conservation and raise awareness about the global water crisis.
Given the abundance of advertisements featuring images of the earth, scenes of drought, or visuals of water scarcity, which may be difficult for people to relate to, I created a series of images using everyday objects.
I chose water-related objects like faucets, bath tubs, and water glasses, depicting them being used in unconventional ways, losing their original purposes. This approach aimed to illustrate how water scarcity can impact everyone's lives, without directly showing a shortage of water.
I think this creative could be strategically placed in areas where people frequently use water, such as office washrooms and kitchens, to communicate its message more effectively.
Currently, waiting for the result of the competition.
